We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as the Test_Pipeline, focusing on compliance and regulatory affairs. This role is integral to our strategy department, ensuring we meet the highest standards of environmental, operational, and ethical compliance. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in horizon scanning, providing advisory support, and driving a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular horizon scanning to identify emerging UK&I ESG regulations and corporate requirements.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on compliance matters.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure full compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor and assess the impact of new regulations on our business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance considerations into daily operations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in ESG compliance.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address potential compliance issues.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports and documentation as required.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth audits and inspections.
- Foster a culture of compliance and ethical behavior throughout the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field, with a focus on compliance or regulatory affairs.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a compliance or regulatory role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of UK&I ESG regulations and corporate requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address compliance risks.
- Proven ability to interpret and apply complex regulations to business operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using compliance management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to stay updated with changing regulations and industry developments.
- A results-driven and detail-oriented approach to work.
