Shape and deliver unforgettable candidate experiences, champion the KFC UK&I employer brand, and partner with hiring

leaders to attract, hire, and retain brilliant, diverse talent for the Restaurant Support Centre (RSC) 

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Delivery (40%): Run multiple recruitment campaigns end-to-end, including job ads, headhunting, screening, shortlisting, interview support, and candidate experience. 
  • Stakeholder Engagement (15%): Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, influence and guide hiring plans, and support robust talent pipelines. 
  • Strategy & Data (10%): Partner with HRBPs and TA Manager to shape hiring strategies, track and report key data, and recommend improvements. 
  • Internship Programme (10%): Lead and deliver the summer internship programme, including partnerships, advertising, assessment centres, coaching, and post-programme insights. 

Employer Brand Leadership (25%): Own and create content for the company LinkedIn page, drive storytelling, ensure brand consistency, activate ambassadors, and manage quarterly headshot moments. 

Qualifications

Education/Certifications 

  • Preferred Degree or similar level of education

Experience           

  • Years of Experience – 6+ years in-house recruitment

    • Proven experience in high-volume, senior, and specialist recruitment campaigns. 
    • In-house or agency experience in hospitality, retail, leisure, or fast-paced environments. 
    • Experience managing third-party partners, budgets, and suppliers. 
    • Experience running graduate or early careers cycles end-to-end. 
    • Project management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities and deliver to a high standard. 

 

Knowledge and Expertise 

  • Strong understanding of ATS systems and recruitment technology. 

  • Skilled in identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier talent. 

  • Data-driven approach to hiring and reporting insights. 

  • Knowledge of employer branding, content creation, and social media campaigns.
