This role is about:
As a Technical Integration Manager, you will oversee the full-cycle technical onboarding process for merchants, ensuring a seamless integration experience. This role requires a technically oriented professional who thrives in client-facing interactions, is eager to support merchants throughout the integration process, and can ensure client satisfaction by delivering clear, personalized assistance and solutions.
You will:
- Support merchants during API implementation, testing, and onboarding stages.
- Conduct onboarding meetings to analyze merchant needs and align them with payabl. solutions.
- Provide clear explanations of API documentation and guide clients through the integration process.
- Act as a liaison, maintaining open communication with clients to ensure satisfaction during the integration stage.
- Investigate technical issues, and decline reasons, and troubleshoot during onboarding.
- Test merchant cases to ensure smooth technical implementation.
- Assist with client details entry into internal databases accurately and efficiently.
- Offer general information and technical support on issues during the onboarding phase.
What we need:
- Prior experience in customer service, financial services, or a similar industry.
- Background in IT, banking, or finance-related fields.
- Middle level of computer proficiency and light technical knowledge, with a willingness to learn.
- Understanding of transaction flow, 3DS, and wallet payment methods is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document complex issues and steps to resolve them.
- Ability to multitask effectively with strong attention to detail.
- Experience using multiple systems/applications simultaneously.
- Experience in Client Success or as a Client Account Manager.
