Job Description

As Department Manager, you work at the heart of the store, creating an environment that inspires customers to explore their personal style and together with the store team to offer the most exciting Customer Experience. With the store management team, you ensure that all employees’ relations, responsibilities, legal requirements, and H&M policies are fulfilled. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Analyze and regularly follow sales and profit KPIs and acts accordingly to maximize results of your department
  • Together with the Team management, prioritize actions that have a clear impact on sales
  • Give feedback to the Store Manager to ensure a good level and the right amount of stock in your department to support sales
  • Ensure that the execution of your department continuously meets H&M standards and follow them using the customer audit tool
  • Actively work with talent and leadership development in your department in order to support business needs
  • Ensure regular and clear communication to the store team about the company's performance, corporate culture and values, and goals, globally and locally
  • Strengthen our corporate culture by promoting feedback in our daily work and train the store team to do the same

  • Delegate follow up and provide feedback to support the development of the team.
  • Good knowledge of English language
  • Motivation to develop & contribute to the business growth
