At Bionic, we're making life radically easier for small business owners. We’re building a one-stop shop for business essentials that’s powered by smart technology and world class human service giving them an experience so good that they trust Bionic to sort all their business needs for them.

To support our exciting plans, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture Team and drive high-quality hiring across the business, delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences while helping us attract diverse, top-tier talent.

About the role & Team

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Bionic, you’ll play a key role in powering our growth by finding, engaging and hiring brilliant people across a range of functions. You’ll own end-to-end recruitment processes, moving at pace without compromising quality, and ensuring we consistently bring in talent that raises the bar. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, working collaboratively to provide recruitment expertise, insight and guidance to help them hire the best possible talent. Quality of hire matters to us, so you’ll focus on bringing in people who both perform and add to our culture.

You’ll be proactive, creative, and someone who thrives on momentum. You’ll be comfortable managing multiple roles, building strong pipelines, and keeping processes moving with energy and precision.

You’ll be part of a driven and collaborative Talent Acquisition team. We’re proactive, supportive, and accountable, and we push each other to be better every day.

We act as true partners to the business, where pace and quality matter in equal measure. We share knowledge, test new approaches, and celebrate success together, creating an environment where everyone can do their best work.

We work in a hybrid model, balancing time in the office with flexibility to work remotely. When we’re together, it’s intentional whether that’s aligning with stakeholders or building stronger team connections.
