As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage the full recruitment cycle while building diverse talent pipelines and enhancing candidate experiences through strategic partnerships with leaders.
This role is a 6-month fixed-term contract.
As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be more than a recruiter—you’ll be a strategic partner helping our leaders find, attract, and hire the best talent to fuel Yum!’s growth around the globe. You’ll combine hands-on recruiting expertise with consultative guidance, shaping the way we connect with candidates and ensuring an exceptional experience every step of the way.
ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do
- Partner with leaders and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and craft effective recruiting strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening through offers and onboarding—for corporate roles across Yum!’s brands.
- Build diverse pipelines through creative sourcing, networking, and market research.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects Yum!’s values.
- Use data and metrics to track progress, share insights, and continuously improve how we hire.
- Lead and contribute to projects that elevate our talent acquisition practices, from employer branding to process innovation.
- Champion culture, opportunity and belonging by embedding inclusive practices in every hiring process.
- Consistently deliver against recruitment KPIs including hiring quality, productivity, and candidate experience to support team success and operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of corporate recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, global organization.
- Proven ability to build trust and influence leaders at all levels.
- Strong sourcing expertise (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, networking, direct outreach).
- Comfort with recruiting technologies (Greenhouse, Oracle, or similar ATS) and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to operate effectively across languages, ideally English with French or German.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment
- Hybrid Role: Requires onsite presence Tuesday through Thursday at our International corporate hub in either Woking or London.
