·         Supporting wider TA projects, research, talent mapping and pipeline building for roles across Poland

 About You

You’ve already gained some experience in recruitment, resourcing, HR or coordination, and you’re keen to develop further. You are excited by the opportunity to learn modern sourcing techniques, understand talent markets, and grow into a fully‑experienced Recruiter over time.

You’ll be detailed, organised and resilient, using creative methods to deliver high‑quality results. You’ll also be comfortable handling multiple tasks and supporting a busy recruitment function.
