Job Description

Opportunity

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to ensure the business has the right talent, in the right place, at the right time to successfully deliver its strategy. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the hiring lifecycle—driving high-quality recruitment outcomes within agreed timelines and budgets, while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.

Based in Hemel Hempstead, this is a 6-month fixed-term contract (with a review at year-end), offering a hybrid working model (office and home). You’ll be part of a small, high-impact global TA team, partnering across multiple regions. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on variety, is comfortable rolling up their sleeves and brings resilience, professionalism and strong delivery focus.

What you’ll do

  • Drive and manage end-to-end recruitment activities across your portfolio.
  • Own the full hiring lifecycle, from attraction and screening through to offer, onboarding, and candidate engagement.
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers, providing expert advice, challenge, and market insight to influence hiring decisions.
  • Craft and deliver compelling job adverts and sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Provide clear, timely, and constructive feedback to candidates and stakeholders.
  • Optimise sourcing channels including direct sourcing, referrals, advertising, events, and agency partnerships.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain strong engagement with candidates throughout the process, including during notice periods.
  • Ensure accurate and high-quality data management within the ATS.
  • Facilitate internal mobility through global collaboration and talent identification.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights based on sourcing activity.
  • Conduct post-hire follow-ups to support onboarding success and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to talent and succession planning through data-led insights.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven success recruiting in a complex, multinational, matrix environment.
  • Confidence to influence and build trusted relationships at all levels, including senior leadership.
  • Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to use market insights to shape hiring strategy.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a natural ability to engage and persuade.
  • Highly organised, agile and able to manage multiple priorities with ease.
  • Experience sourcing both active and passive candidates across diverse channels.

Nice to have:

  • Industry Experience
  • Exposure to Global markets
