The Internal Communications Coordinator creates and distributes engaging employee communications across email, intranet, social media, video, and events. Responsibilities include payroll compliance, governance, provider management, reconciliations, statutory payments, benefits, salary sacrifice schemes, reporting, audits, complex investigations, and process improvements. The role also supports payroll integrations, system implementations, automation, and transformation initiatives while partnering with HR, Finance, Reward, and external stakeholders.

Creates videos, animations, motion graphics, product visualizations, presentations, case studies, playbooks, and sales enablement content for complex engineering technologies. Translates technical concepts into clear commercial stories while collaborating with engineers, marketers, sales teams, and channel partners. Owns creative projects from concept through delivery, supports partner training and certification, explores generative AI tools, manages content roadmaps, and uses analytics and feedback to optimize effectiveness.

Supports UK HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, employee relations, engagement, reporting, audits, absence management, and learning and development. Leads Value Analysis and Value Engineering activities across security and detection products. Facilitates functional analysis workshops, applies design-to-cost and target-costing methods, influences product architecture, conducts benchmarking and reverse engineering, and develops value-improvement business cases. The role partners with engineering and supplier teams to reduce lifecycle costs while maintaining safety, performance, quality, serviceability, and compliance. It also coaches teams in VAVE methodologies and supports NPI, make-versus-buy, and technology-selection decisions.

Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for low-power microcontrollers and Linux-based detection systems. Lead technical investigations, define requirements and interfaces, contribute to architecture, perform testing and code reviews, and collaborate across hardware and systems teams. Own software work packages, support Agile delivery, improve engineering practices, and mentor junior engineers. The role focuses on mission-critical chemical and explosive trace detection technology.

Provide HR administrative support across onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding. Serve as first point of contact for HR queries, maintain HR records and systems, assist employee relations processes, support reporting and GDPR compliance, coordinate training and engagement, and contribute to HR process improvements.

Provide senior in-house legal support for M&A, strategic partnerships and joint ventures across the transaction lifecycle. Lead due diligence, negotiate and draft transaction documentation, coordinate external counsel, manage legal entity governance, handle ethics and internal investigations, and advise senior stakeholders on legal and commercial risks to support deal execution and integration.
