Lead delivery of a portfolio of complex CBRNE and defence programmes, managing multidisciplinary teams across engineering, commercial and operations. Act as senior customer interface with MOD and government stakeholders, drive programme governance, risk, change control and financial performance, and support growth through customer engagement and contract expansion.

Own financial reporting, controls, and forecasting for the Ireland entity. Manage month-end close, revenue recognition, cash/banking, payroll coordination, statutory/tax submissions, audits, and partner with operational teams and NW Europe finance on transformation initiatives.

Lead development and delivery of global sustainability and ESG strategy across operations, supply chain, engineering and product teams. Drive decarbonisation, circularity, carbon accounting (GHG Protocol), regulatory compliance (REACH, RoHS, SCIP), ESG disclosures (CSRD, ISSB, CDP, TCFD), supplier sustainability and ISO 14001 assurance while engaging senior stakeholders and improving ESG data and reporting.
