Owns end-to-end UK payroll across multiple legal entities and approximately 500 employees. Ensures payroll compliance, governance, reconciliations, reporting, audits, benefits, pensions, and salary sacrifice administration. Manages outsourced payroll providers, resolves complex queries, advises on legislation and statutory payments, and drives process improvements, automation, integrations, and system enhancements. Partners with HR, Finance, Reward, and external stakeholders while supporting payroll transformation initiatives.

Creates videos, animations, motion graphics, product visualizations, presentations, case studies, playbooks, and sales enablement content for complex engineering technologies. Translates technical concepts into clear commercial stories while collaborating with engineers, marketers, sales teams, and channel partners. Owns creative projects from concept through delivery, supports partner training and certification, explores generative AI tools, manages content roadmaps, and uses analytics and feedback to optimize effectiveness.

Develop and execute regional marketing strategies supporting business growth, sales performance, customer engagement, and brand presence. Responsibilities include creating content, supporting account-based marketing, managing channel resources, coordinating trade shows and customer events, maintaining brand consistency, developing sales enablement materials, and measuring campaign effectiveness. The role partners closely with sales, product management, global marketing, and distributors while leading major industry event participation.
