Lead global sustainability and ESG programmes, ensure product environmental compliance (REACH, RoHS, SCIP, Conflict Minerals), manage supplier declarations and carbon accounting (GHG Protocol), drive ESG reporting (CDP, TCFD, CSRD, ISSB), and embed sustainability governance across operations, engineering, procurement and supply chain.

Support a global procurement transformation by mapping, analysing and documenting procurement processes; creating SOPs, policies, process flows and training materials; supporting improvement projects and developing a Procurement Handbook while collaborating with international stakeholders.

Support monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, analyse performance and variances, assist budgeting/forecasting and financial modelling, support month-end reconciliations and controls, produce management KPIs, and help develop group reporting and finance transformation processes while liaising with stakeholders.
