The role
As we continue to grow and partner with some of the biggest financial institutions in the world, we need a senior professional to play a key part in shaping our revenue operations strategy. You will work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and the Head of Revenue Enablement, using data and insights to improve performance, streamline processes and drive growth.
We’re looking for someone who thrives on solving problems and making things better. If you’re skilled in tools like Google Sheets, and HubSpot, and have experience designing sales compensation plans, this role could be perfect for you. This is your chance to contribute to a fast-moving SaaS company that values people, purpose, and progress. 🚀
What you’ll be working on:
- Collaborate and Lead: Work with the Revenue Team to identify, prioritise, and execute high-impact strategic initiatives that align with company goals and drive revenue growth.
- Design Sales Plans: Develop and manage sales compensation plans that align performance with company goals. Collaborate with Finance to improve quota setting, forecasting, and commission payouts.
- Analyze Data: Use HubSpot to gather and interpret data that helps us make better decisions. Ensure the integrity and reliability of sales data as used by other departments (Client Services, Finance, etc).
- Forecast with Precision: Build robust forecasting models and pipeline analyses that provide leadership with clear insights and an accurate view of future performance.
- Excel at Reporting: Create clear, dynamic models and dashboards using Google Sheets. Design and implement best-in-class reporting systems that raise the bar for internal data transparency and strategic planning.
- Optimise Tools and Processes: Own the entire tech infrastructure for the Revenue team (Hubspot, Ebsta, Value Case, DemandBase) and continuously improve our workflows and sales processes to support scalable growth.
What you'll bring to the team:
- Relevant Background: At least 5 years of experience managing revenue operations, ideally supporting complex products or services in a fast paced SaaS environment.
- Strategic Collaboration Skills: Confidence working with senior leaders to turn big ideas into action.
- Technical Know-How: Advanced skills in Google Sheets and experience managing CRM platforms like HubSpot as well as forecasting tools such as Ebsta and Value Case.
- Data Expertise: The ability to interpret data, uncover insights, and communicate them clearly.
- Sales Compensation Experience: A track record of designing and managing sales compensation plans.
- Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to finding opportunities for improvement.
- Growth Mindset: Experience building processes that scale and drive measurable results.
🧁 Brownie Points / Nice to have:
- Knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Expertise in account and territory planning, aligning resources with revenue goals.
- Familiarity with MEDDIC or similar sales frameworks.
