Job Description
Join our dynamic Business Management team and play a pivotal role in optimizing business performance. As a Business Management Associate, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping to drive key initiatives and mitigate business risks across various lines of business.
As a Business Management Associate in our team, you will provide high-level support to executive requests, manage projects, and deliver strategic presentations. You will work closely with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps, ensuring that business risks are identified and mitigated effectively.
Job responsibilities

  • Provide responsive support for executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis.
  • Organize complex information strategically, demonstrating strong design skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps.
  • Manage and deliver key work streams and tasks.
  • Identify and resolve key business risks on the platform.
  • Support audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables within the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework.
  • Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy sessions.
  • Maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites like SharePoint.
  • Participate in initiatives to simplify, improve, and add value to business processes.


Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience in Business Management or COO role.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality presentations and reports with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables).
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.


Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work with diverse stakeholder groups and drive agendas.
  • Ability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale in design decisions.
