Job Title: Senior Partner Marketing Manager, Global System Integrators

Location: London, UK - Hybrid (50% working time at the office)

Employment Type: Full-time, permanent

As Senior Partner Marketing Manager, System Integrators, you will define and drive the marketing programs and go-to-market strategy for AVEVA’s System Integrator partnerships. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with these partners and work cross-functionally to drive and execute marketing campaigns, content, and sales enablement materials to generate pipeline and accelerate sales growth through these partnerships. In addition, you will develop programs that optimize our relationship and highlight our mutual success.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end partner marketing relationship: Manage overall marketing strategy and execution with our system integrators, develop comprehensive marketing plans and manage the program delivery. Drive continuous engagement and strengthen strategic partner relationships to support long-term growth and investment with AVEVA.
  • Demonstrate cross-functional leadership: Collaborate across product marketing, demand generation, content, PR, social, sales, and regional partner marketing to align messaging and go-to-market initiatives with business goals. Serve as a subject matter expert on how our system integrators provide value to customers.
  • Develop incentives that accelerate growth: Build strategic incentive programs for system integrators, align rewards with performance metrics to accelerate growth, strengthen engagement, and expand market share while driving measurable revenue impact and enhancing partner loyalty across markets.
  • Set goals & strategic priorities: Establish objectives designed to accelerate the partnerships’ growth. Identify areas for improvement and opportunity.
  • Measure performance & attribution: Oversee performance tracking and analysis of your marketing initiatives, including KPIs such as lead generation and revenue impact. Deliver strategic insights through campaign data analysis to inform and optimize future marketing efforts. Use data-driven insights to guide optimization and goal alignment.
  • Stakeholder communication: Provide clear and consistent updates to internal and external stakeholders. Present campaign plans and performance to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in partner, channel, or B2B marketing (fintech or SaaS preferred).
  • Proven track record of planning and executing co-marketing campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools.

Hybrid working
