  • Design and deliver large-scale workforce transformation programs involving AI, process redesign, change, reskilling, and productivity improvement

  • Build reusable methods, diagnostic tools, and packaged offerings

  • Develop strategic alliances with hyperscalers, SaaS partners, and workforce ecosystem partners

  • Hire, coach, and scale a high-performing team

  • Partner cross-practice with cyber, investigations, disputes, digital forensics, and regulatory teams

  • Contribute to Ankura’s external profile through thought leadership, events, media, and client-facing content

Candidate profile

  • Proven experience building and scaling a workforce or transformation consulting business

  • Strong board-level and C-suite relationships

  • Track record selling and delivering transformation programs

  • Deep understanding of AI’s impact on workforce, operating model, organization design, change, and skills

  • Strong commercial instinct and ability to build IP-led offerings

  • Ideally experienced across UK plus broader EMEA markets

Success measures

  • Pipeline and booked revenue

  • Number and quality of anchor clients

  • Conversion from strategy to implementation

  • Multi-year client relationships

  • Team quality and retention

  • Market visibility and thought leadership contribution
