The Senior Associate supports the Turnaround & Restructuring practice by executing project deliverables, financial analysis, developing business relationships, and aiding in business development initiatives for clients facing operational challenges.

Lead and shape AI strategy for clients and the firm: develop AI roadmaps, advise executives, oversee delivery teams, drive commercialization and thought leadership.

Build and lead Ankura's Workforce AI Transformation practice across EMEA: win and deliver C-suite transformation engagements combining AI, operating model redesign, reskilling, change, and productivity improvement; create packaged offerings, alliances, and a high-performing team; drive market visibility.

Six-month graduate placement supporting strategic communications, political and regulatory advice, reputation management, crisis communications and campaigning. Tasks include writing press releases, communications plans, speaking points and social media content; liaising with clients and journalists; and supporting media and digital campaigns. Strong writing, organisational and team skills are required; exceptional graduates may be offered a full-time role.
