Lead UK&I regional marketing programs to drive pipeline and revenue using Account-Based Marketing, field and event marketing, partnership activations, and customer advocacy. Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to design, execute, measure, and optimize integrated campaigns, manage vendors/partners, and report impact against business objectives.
Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Regional Marketing Manager to join our UK&I Marketing team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.
This is a highly visible role focused on driving pipeline growth across the UK&I region through strategic Account-Based Marketing (ABM), regional marketing programs, field marketing initiatives, executive engagement, customer advocacy, and partnership activations.
You'll work closely with Sales, Digital Marketing, Customer Marketing, Operations, and regional stakeholders to develop and execute integrated marketing programs that generate demand, accelerate opportunities, and contribute directly to revenue growth. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution and is ideal for someone who enjoys owning programs from concept through delivery.
You'll have the opportunity to lead sophisticated ABM initiatives, support major industry events and executive programs, and play a key role in the activation of strategic partnerships, including high-profile sports sponsorships and hospitality programs.
This is a unique opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing HR technology companies and make a measurable impact on pipeline performance within a highly collaborative and ambitious GTM organisation.
We're particularly interested in candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy partnering closely with Sales, and can balance strategic thinking with exceptional execution.
Requirements are often considered a measure of how equipped you are to do the job, but sometimes they aren't the only factor. If you don't meet every requirement below but believe you'd be a great fit, we'd still love to hear from you.
