Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and commercially focused Regional Marketing Manager to support business growth across the region through the development and execution of targeted marketing strategies. Working closely with Regional Sales Leadership, Product Management, Global Marketing, and Channel Partners, you will play a key role in driving customer engagement, strengthening brand presence, supporting sales performance, and delivering impactful marketing initiatives.

This role requires a hands-on marketing professional who can balance strategic planning with tactical execution, creating compelling content, supporting key customer accounts, managing major industry events, and ensuring alignment with global brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Regional Sales Leadership to develop and execute targeted, measurable regional marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Create and manage regional marketing content, including customer testimonials, case studies, success stories, and campaign materials that support regional growth initiatives.
  • Ensure regional compliance with global brand guidelines and provide guidance and training to local teams and sites to support consistent brand deployment and customer experience.
  • Support country agents and distributors with channel marketing resources, tools, and initiatives to drive partner engagement and performance.
  • Work alongside Marketing Communications to support regional sales teams, Global Business Developers, and Global Account Managers with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) activities.
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver regional trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events, ensuring alignment with global marketing strategies and objectives.
  • Lead the delivery of the company's presence at key industry events, including ACHEMA 2027, maximising brand visibility, customer engagement, and commercial impact.
  • Support Product Managers and Portfolio Directors with communications relating to regional growth priorities, product launches, sales targets, and strategic business initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement and training materials to support the effectiveness of regional sales teams.
  • Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, providing recommendations to improve performance and return on investment.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Sales, Product Management, Global Marketing, and Channel Partner networks to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted regional marketing partner, providing guidance, support, and best practice recommendations to help achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, business/marketing, or engineering.
  • Experience in event management.
  • Experience of creating email programs in a Marketing Automation Platform (MAP), preferably Marketo.
  • Demonstrated track record of executing marketing plans, preferably in an industrial B2B environment.
  • Must have a high degree of written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills with ability to plan over 1-3-year time span.
  • Must have the ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic and flexible environment.
  • Must be able to think strategically, implement aggressively and be detail oriented.
  • Flexibility and resilience are mandatory behaviours; change is constant.
