UK pay range: £44,600 - £73,400

Germany pay range: €60,900 - €100,200

Placement within the salary range will vary depending on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal equity considerations.


Location: UK (remote) or Düsseldorf (100% office based)


Position Summary

The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across the EMEA region to drive awareness, demand generation, and pipeline growth for Bio‑Techne’s portfolio.


This role partners closely with regional Market Development, global product marketing, sales leadership, and marketing operations to translate global strategy into regionally relevant, commercially impactful programs. The role requires the ability to deliver scalable, data-driven marketing execution aligned to regional growth priorities.


Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Localization

  • Lead the rollout and execution of tactics and multi-channel marketing campaigns across EMEA, including email, social media, webinars, landing pages and digital advertising via direct and indirect channels
  • Drive localization of global marketing assets to ensure regional relevance (languages, regulations, product focus, market and strategic preferences)
  • Lead the creation of audience-targeted content such as landing pages, email banners, paid social copy, and customer testimonial materials
  • Co-ordinate regional promotions, pricing communications, and regionalization of product launches

Digital & Demand Generation

  • Lead demand creation activities, including lead-generation campaigns, segmentation lists, and nurture flows
  • Own and optimise webpages, metadata, SEO content, and social posts to maximize reach and relevance
  • Drive execution and optimisation of A/B testing for digital tactics to enhance reach and engagement

Data, Reporting & Compliance

  • Own tracking and reporting of campaign performance and prepare regional marketing reports and monthly KPI updates
  • Monitor and analyse tactic performance, customer engagement, and promotion uptake across the region
  • Ensure CRM data quality and that all activities align with GDPR and internal compliance frameworks

Brand Governance

  • Ensure and enforce consistent use of Bio‑Techne brand guidelines across all EMEA markets and languages

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–6 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in life sciences, biotechnology, or B2B technical markets.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as necessary – Travel up to 25%

Skills required/desired:
  • Additional languages preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Folloze).
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt content for scientific audiences.
  • Understanding of GDPR considerations in marketing communications.
  • Excellent project management, organizational skills, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and relationship building skills at all organizational levels
