Overview
The Product Management CRM Specialist supports customer engagement and product adoption for the Business Intelligence platform through the execution of email campaigns, newsletters, webinars, and reporting activities. This role works closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver customer communications, support webinar programs, analyze performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement based on customer feedback and engagement data.
In This Role, You Will
Build, execute, and maintain email campaigns, newsletters, and customer communications.
Support the development of product messaging and customer-facing content that promotes platform capabilities and value.
Coordinate and host customer webinars, including event setup, promotions, registration management, attendee engagement, and follow-up communications.
Track and report on campaign and webinar performance metrics, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
Gather and organize customer feedback to support enhancements to communications and engagement programs.
Maintain CRM databases, audience lists, campaign calendars, and reporting dashboards.
Ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to communication and webinar best practices.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to support customer engagement initiatives.
All About You
Experience in CRM, digital marketing, customer engagement, communications, or a related field.
Experience executing email campaigns and supporting webinar or virtual event programs.
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or similar marketing automation platforms is a plus.
Strong copywriting and content development skills are a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working with data, reporting tools, and performance metrics.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Fluent English required.
Spanish, Portuguese, or French language skills are a plus
