Overview
The Global Digital Enablement & Commercialisation team is seeking a Senior Specialist to support the commercialization and growth of Click to Pay and Mastercard Credential Services. The role focuses on driving go-to-market execution through product communications, compelling customer and sales enablement content, while supporting broader Digital Enablement priorities and initiatives. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, analytical, and execution-focused, with the ability to bring clarity to complex challenges, align stakeholders, and deliver impactful outcomes through a hands-on, ownership-driven approach

Role• Develop deep expertise in Click to Pay, Mastercard Credential Services and related consumer payment experiences, serving as a trusted subject matter expert for internal teams and customer engagements while supporting commercialization and adoption efforts across Issuing and Acceptance.• Develop and maintain compelling customer and internal-facing content, including sales collateral, product narratives, case studies, demonstrations, training materials and other enablement assets that support business growth and customer engagement.• Partner with global, regional and cross-functional teams to identify commercialization opportunities, gather market feedback and support initiatives that improve customer experience, product adoption, engagement, and business performance.• Lead and coordinate communications, training and knowledge-sharing initiatives across the Digital Enablement & Commercialisation team, ensuring stakeholders have access to relevant information, resources and best practices (e.g. team newsletters, training programs, resource libraries and product enablement activities).• Support execution of strategic and operational initiatives across the team, helping drive alignment, visibility and successful delivery of key priorities.
All About You• Experience in product management, product commercialization, go-to-market, sales enablement, marketing or a related field.• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.• Experience creating impactful product documentation, sales collateral, training content or customer-facing materials that clearly communicate value propositions and product capabilities.• Ownership mindset, with the ability to independently lead initiatives from concept through execution, proactively driving progress and delivering results.• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations, challenge assumptions and develop practical solutions.• Able to leverage data, customer feedback and market insights to inform recommendations and drive business outcomes.• Adept at working within matrixed and cross-functional organizations, building relationships and influencing stakeholders across multiple teams and geographies.
