Events Executive (High Value Events)

Salary: £23,750 p.a. inclusive of London Weighting + excellent benefits

Contract length: Permanent

Are you an ambitious events executive with the desire to join us and bring forward the day when all cancers are cured?

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to...

  • Support the Events Managers with project management and delivery of large events within the cultivation and stewardship events programme
  • Project manage smaller events, such as business breakfasts and networking events
  • Work with  internal teams to improve and develop administrative event processes
  • Manage the event guest list strategy, ensuring mailing and response processes are clear and consistent
  • Provide support at events, often outside of office hours
  • Work with internal teams to become an expert on events data and how we can successfully use this.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with individuals at all levels
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities within a fluid working environment
  • Positive can-do attitude and willingness to operate as part of a team
  • Experience of working on events
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, being motivated by high standards to ensure that all communications and documentations are accurate.

You’ll need to be extremely organised and have a solution-focused skillset to provide administrative and delivery support to the events programme. By doing so, you’ll ensure our events are audience-centric, innovative and of the highest professional quality.
