11 Senior Marketing Executive, Events
Hybrid – 3 days a week in Dorking office
Unum is a leading provider of employee benefits, and we’re growing fast. To support that growth, we’re expanding our marketing capabilities and sharpening our focus on segmentation, personalisation, and customer experience.

What will you bring?

As a Senior Events Marketing Executive, you’ll help deliver Unum UK’s marketing strategy by running engaging events and webinars for prospects and customers. You’ll support our presence at industry events and lead internal sessions for clients and advisers, helping to build strong relationships and achieve real results.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Manage Unum’s presence at industry events and deliver high quality client and adviser events, working with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth, on brand execution. 
•    Create on brand event materials and brief speakers, shaping content and presentations to reflect product priorities, brand themes and customer insights. 
•    Use Salesforce and data insights to track leads, measure performance and improve event outcomes and ROI, maintaining accurate reporting and contributing to continuous optimisation.

Key Skills:

•    Proven experience planning, coordinating and delivering high quality B2B marketing events and webinars, managing end to end logistics, timelines and third party suppliers. 
•    Skilled in creating compelling event content, briefing speakers and ensuring clear, on brand messaging, while integrating events into wider multi channel marketing activity (email, social, web, CRM). 
•    Experienced in using Salesforce (or similar CRM) for lead tracking, reporting and measuring event effectiveness, with a strong performance mindset to define KPIs, measure outcomes and optimise ROI. 
•    A confident collaborator who works effectively with internal teams, external suppliers and cross functional stakeholders, supported by excellent written and verbal communication skills to turn insights into clear actions. 
•    Highly organised, proactive and comfortable testing ideas, adopting new tools and driving continuous improvement.
