BlueOptima provides data-driven solutions that enable organisations to optimise software development efficiency. As we continue to scale, we’re seeking a Demand Generation Manger to drive impactful marketing initiatives and collaborate closely with our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and outbound functions.
We are a global organisation with headquarters in London and additional offices in India, Mexico and the US. We are made up of 110 individuals from more than 20 different countries.

Job Description

As a Demand Generation Manger, you will take ownership of designing and implementing demand generation strategies, working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to achieve company growth objectives. You will be a strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, actively contributing to the success of BlueOptima's marketing initiatives while honing expertise across all facets of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Execution and Development:

  • Develop and refine demand generation strategies with input from leadership and peers.
  • Execute campaigns across multiple channels, leveraging analytics to inform optimisation.

Campaign Oversight:

  • Lead the planning and delivery of targeted campaigns, ensuring alignment with sales goals.
  • Collaborate on content development, digital advertising, and event marketing to drive engagement.

Collaboration and Enablement:

  • Partner with SDR and outbound teams to optimise lead handoff processes and feedback loops.
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.

Lead Management:

  • Monitor and improve the marketing-to-sales lead flow, including lead scoring and nurturing.
  • Regularly analyse funnel metrics and recommend strategies for improvement.

Technology Utilization:

  • Actively manage marketing tools and platforms, identifying areas for better utilisation.
  • Provide recommendations for MarTech stack enhancements.

Leadership and Mentorship:

  • Guide team members on project execution and skills development.
  • Act as a role model for collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Substantial experience in demand generation or related marketing roles, ideally in an enterprise B2B context.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, marketing funnels, and sales alignment.
  • Proficiency with marketing technologies (e.g., CRM, marketing automation tools).
  • Proven ability to analyse and optimise campaign performance using data-driven insights.
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
