Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 Alpha - our rapidly developed humanoid platform now running in real industrial pilots - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.

About the Role

We're looking for a Brand Manager to own how our company and products are perceived across every touchpoint.

What You'll Do
  • Strengthen brand recognition and coherence across all touchpoints, ensuring a consistent look, voice, and message everywhere the brand appears.

  • Support product and corporate positioning, particularly during product launches and global expansion into new markets.

  • Lead product marketing with a strong focus on high-impact assets: product videos, demos, and the HQ visitor experience.

  • Manage partner-generated content: coordinate with partners on co-branded and jointly produced content, ensuring it stays aligned with our brand standards and messaging.

  • Own our presence at expos and industry events: from communication and coordination with organizers and internal teams to end-to-end project management of the booth, materials, and on-site brand experience.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity, turning those insights into a sharper brand strategy.

  • Contribute to and help shape the content calendar, keeping it aligned with business goals and launch timelines.

  • Prepare and adapt video content end to end: scripts, subtitles, voice lines, and storyboards.

  • Oversee product visual content, write clear briefs for designers and manage photo and video shoots when needed, from concept through delivery.

  • Track content performance across engagement, reach, and qualitative feedback, and use those learnings to improve future work.

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in product content and branding, ideally within a startup, scale-up, tech company, or agency.

  • A solid understanding of the tech market (robotics, AI) and the ability to communicate credibly with diverse audiences - from investors to engineers.

  • Strong writing and conceptual design skills, with the ability to flex to and protect the company's tone of voice.

  • Strong project management and coordination skills, with experience juggling multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

  • A portfolio or examples of past content and brand work you've led or contributed to.

Nice to have:

  • Proficiency with AI tools to accelerate and scale content creation.

  • Hands-on experience with video and photo production and editing tools.

  • Experience marketing technical or hardware products to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Experience managing events, expos, or trade shows.

What We Offer
  • Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.

  • 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).

  • Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.

  • Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.

  • Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.

  • Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.

  • Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.
