Life on the team
You'll work 3-days per week in the Brand Marketing Team in our UK & Ireland Business Unit based in Slough, which is part of the Western Europe Market Group, a group focused on building brand demand, strengthening consumer relationships, and supporting the mission of inspiring and developing the builders of tomorrow. The team works closely across functions and geographies through a collaborative hybrid rhythm built on planning, alignment, and shared goals. Strategic thinking, creative problem solving, innovation, strong stakeholder partnerships, and the ability to guide others all play an important role in how the team succeeds together.
What success looks like
Success means confidently balancing long-term brand building with commercial performance while delivering standout campaigns in a changing consumer landscape. Over the next 12 to 18 months, you'll help drive integrated marketing plans across major themes, reach new audiences, strengthen consumer engagement, and support increasingly data-driven ways of working.
