About the role

As our Brand Manager, UK & Ireland, you'll develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand equity, consumer engagement, and commercial performance across the UK and Ireland. You'll lead the planning and delivery of marketing initiatives across key LEGO® themes, creating impactful consumer experiences and growing active participation. Working closely with global, commercial, and agency partners, you'll ensure joined-up execution across owned, earned, shared, and paid channels. You'll also gain exposure to major entertainment partnerships while helping shape the future of brand growth for the LEGO Group.

Required Qualifications

  • Delivered brand management and marketing strategies that drove measurable business outcomes

  • Led end-to-end marketing campaign planning and execution across multiple channels, from Above the line channels all the way to in store execution.

  • Managed commercial performance, marketing investment, and budget accountability

  • Owned significant consumer marketing campaigns with clear results

  • Directed marketing budget planning, forecasting, and performance tracking

  • Used consumer and market data to improve brand, engagement, or commercial metrics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Built shopper or retail marketing programmes that strengthened customer engagement

  • Delivered marketing initiatives across multiple international markets or regions

What you'll build

  • Integrated marketing plans that grow brand penetration, engagement, and consumer loyalty

  • Strong alignment across local, regional, and global stakeholders

  • Effective partnerships with entertainment, licensing, and agency collaborators

  • Data-led optimisation that improves campaign performance and consumer outcomes

  • Strategic recommendations that influence future planning and market performance

If you've worked in a role where you owned major consumer campaigns, managed budgets, and translated insights into action, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is a track record of delivering measurable commercial and brand results through effective collaboration.

Life on the team

You'll work 3-days per week in the Brand Marketing Team in our UK & Ireland Business Unit based in Slough, which is part of the Western Europe Market Group, a group focused on building brand demand, strengthening consumer relationships, and supporting the mission of inspiring and developing the builders of tomorrow. The team works closely across functions and geographies through a collaborative hybrid rhythm built on planning, alignment, and shared goals. Strategic thinking, creative problem solving, innovation, strong stakeholder partnerships, and the ability to guide others all play an important role in how the team succeeds together.

What success looks like

Success means confidently balancing long-term brand building with commercial performance while delivering standout campaigns in a changing consumer landscape. Over the next 12 to 18 months, you'll help drive integrated marketing plans across major themes, reach new audiences, strengthen consumer engagement, and support increasingly data-driven ways of working. You'll work closely with Sales Teams, Regional Marketing Teams, Global Marketing Teams, Media Agencies, PR Agencies, External Licensing/IP Partners, and Internal Creative Agencies to make that happen.
