Lead hands-on prototyping, assembly, diagnosis, and repair of humanoid robots. Troubleshoot complex electrical issues, create test procedures and repair runbooks, design cable assemblies and test jigs, and drive process and product reliability improvements across multidisciplinary teams.

Design power distribution and sensor/interface electronics for robot end effectors and human-worn interfaces. Own PCBA designs in Altium, select power components (regulators, BMS, PoE), prototype and bring up boards, debug with firmware and test equipment, manage BOM and DFM/DFAs toward production.

Lead global accounting, controllership, and consolidation across multi-entity international operations. Build intercompany and transfer-pricing frameworks, own month‑end and year‑end close, prepare IFRS/GAAP financial statements, manage audits, optimize SAP, implement AI automation, design controls for IPO-readiness, and grow a distributed global accounting team.

Bring up, integrate, and validate electronics for robot end-effectors and operator devices. Debug hardware across electrical, mechanical, and firmware boundaries, integrate sensors and compute platforms, verify communication interfaces, develop calibration and diagnostics, support test rigs and validation, and document interfaces and procedures.

Develop and maintain embedded firmware and drivers for robot end effectors and operator devices; integrate sensors and compute platforms; implement hardware communication interfaces; bring up and debug PCBs; create calibration, power sequencing, and fault-detection routines; support component selection and maintain OTA/image provisioning pipelines.

Build, assemble and maintain prototype hardware and test rigs from CAD/BOM to working units. Operate 3D printers, CNC and workshop tools, prototype with MCUs, support hardware testing/trials, maintain shop inventory, and provide build and serviceability feedback to design teams under tight timelines.

Design, train, and deploy reinforcement learning policies for humanoid dynamic locomotion and loco-manipulation. Build scalable simulation and training pipelines, design rewards/observations/curricula, improve sim-to-real transfer, and integrate learned policies into the robot control stack with iterative hardware experiments.

Lead and operate Humanoid's corporate IT environment: manage endpoints, identity, networking, and cyber defenses (EDR/SIEM/vulnerability management). Oversee device lifecycle, MAM/SSO/MFA, vendor contracts, connectivity for offices/labs, and enforce policies and recovery procedures aligned with ISO27001/SOC2/GDPR. Monitor IT/security health, report risks to IT leadership, and feed improvements into the IT roadmap.

Lead end-to-end programme delivery for a bipedal humanoid robot fleet, coordinating Product, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance to deliver prototypes to production on time, budget, and quality. Maintain plans, risk registers, budgets, and governance; translate technical KPIs into programme metrics; partner with TPMs and suppliers to manage integration, testing, certification, and mass-deployment.

Own and execute Humanoid’s marketing, brand, PR, and communications. Set strategy and creative direction, oversee end-to-end campaign production, raise quality standards, lead and develop the brand/creative/PR team, ensure brand consistency, and partner with leadership and product to align narrative and positioning.

Define, architect, integrate, and verify the humanoid robot software and autonomy stack across perception, localization, planning, controls, ROS 2, simulation, deployment, and diagnostics. Lead requirements, interfaces, integration stages, and system-level verification; investigate cross-team issues and ensure software supports safety and operational objectives.

Assemble, integrate, and validate end-effector prototypes; build test rigs; run component shootouts and analyze sensor/actuator data; triage field failures, perform root cause analysis across mechanical, electrical, controls, and software, and feed improvements back to engineering teams.

Own and strengthen brand recognition across touchpoints; lead product marketing for launches and global expansion; manage partner content, event presence, and HQ visitor experience; produce and oversee video/photo content; track content performance and inform brand strategy.

Lead global PR and earned-media strategy, build media and event relationships (especially US), secure coverage and speaking opportunities, produce press materials, prepare spokespeople, manage reputation and crisis communications, support social media messaging, and track PR performance.

Own and execute the Fleet Management System product line: define roadmap and capabilities for single-robot to multi-site fleets, prioritize engineering backlog, drive AI-enhanced user workflows, lead staged rollouts, and translate customer and stakeholder input into prioritized requirements and demos.

Lead global tax strategy, structure, and compliance for a multi-entity robotics business across Canada, UK, USA, Germany, and the Middle East. Design tax-efficient structures (SPVs, JVs), manage direct and indirect taxes, transfer pricing, customs/tariffs, R&D credits, and state/local filings. Build processes, technology, and advisor relationships; support IPO/public-company readiness, transactions, equity and incentive plan tax issues, and tax audits.

Provide dedicated PA support to the CFO and coordinate the finance function's schedules, meetings, travel, offsites, and events. Manage the CFO's diary, complex travel, inbox, meeting materials, and confidential communications. Process expense reimbursements and corporate card reconciliation for senior leadership and ensure smooth coordination across the finance team.

Lead design, build, and commission in-house test rigs and fixtures for humanoid robot subsystems and full robots. Define validation scope with system owners, specify and source test equipment, manage vendors and budgets, implement mechanical and electrical designs, and support long-term reliability, certification, and data acquisition for validation programs.

Lead design and delivery of end-to-end learned navigation and behavior systems for humanoid robots, build VLA/VLM-based multimodal navigation, design data pipelines and evaluation frameworks, and productionize large-scale ML models for reliable deployment on physical hardware in dynamic, multi-agent environments.

Lead end-to-end manufacturing strategy and execution from prototyping to scalable global production. Build and manage production, quality, and operations teams; plan and launch first facility; implement lean, automation, and Industry 4.0 processes; drive capacity planning, KPIs, continuous improvement, quality systems, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional NPI collaboration.
