Teams at Humanoid

Develop and deploy learning-based locomotion and whole-body control policies for humanoid robots. Build motion primitives, simulation and training pipelines, and sim-to-real transfer methods using reinforcement learning, imitation learning, and generative models. Integrate and optimize learned policies for real-time robotic control, then evaluate and debug them on physical robots in collaboration with robotics, controls, simulation, and machine learning teams.

Lead equity fundraising from Series B onward, build investor pipelines, negotiate term sheets, structure hybrid and non-dilutive capital, and develop strategic partnerships with industrial, logistics, compute, AI, and supply-chain companies. Own executive relationships, connect investments to commercial agreements, support public-exit readiness, and report pipeline and deal progress to senior leadership and the board.

Provides administrative, operational, and coordination support to the Business Development team. Responsibilities include CRM and pipeline management, lead qualification and follow-up, customer meeting and demonstration coordination, commercial documentation, reporting, event support, and cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Engineering, and Product. The role also helps improve workflows and requires experience in business development or commercial operations, CRM proficiency, and strong organizational skills.
