Lead definition and execution of hardware test methods from component to full-robot level. Hands-on prototype testing, failure analysis, test documentation, and specs for automation and production test rigs. Partner with Manufacturing, Production Ops, and Quality to ensure traceable production testing and closed-loop feedback into design.

Lead design and delivery of end-to-end learned navigation and behavior systems for humanoid robots, build VLA/VLM-based multimodal navigation, design data pipelines and evaluation frameworks, and productionize large-scale ML models for reliable deployment on physical hardware in dynamic, multi-agent environments.

Lead redesign and scaling of procurement, inventory, logistics, and finance capabilities. Implement ERP integrations and digital tools, define process ownership, controls, KPIs and governance, manage end-to-end transformation projects, and drive adoption through change management to enable automated, auditable, and scalable operations.
