Associate Brand Manager – Inhaled Respiratory

Are you ready to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of respiratory health? As an Associate Brand Manager (ABM) for Inhaled Respiratory, you'll be at the forefront of implementing national strategies and driving business activities that make a real impact. Collaborate with a dynamic cross-functional brand team to operationalise key initiatives, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness through clear project and partner management. With your marketing expertise, you'll independently deliver commercial objectives while mastering systems like Veeva Promomats and procurement processes. Dive into the world of respiratory health and make a difference!

Accountabilities:

- Take ownership of delivering key activities within the BOP, including direct-to-HCP assets.

- Ensure compliance with all AZ Governance Framework (CDTI) and ABPI.

- Contribute towards achieving annual P&L, market share, and growth targets.

- Manage budget within +/- 3%.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • History of success in a role in pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in translating strategy into execution
  • Track record of delivering results through project management and cross functional collaboration
  • Ability to challenge traditional ways of working and bring forward new ideas that improve execution and impact
  • Understanding of NHS landscape and compliance around promotional activity
  • Prior history with systems, including financial management

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Knowledge of Inhaled Respiratory
  • Experience with patient identification tools
  • Marketing experience
