UpcoMinds was founded in Brussels in 1997 and opened its offices in Greece in 2007, and in Cyprus in 2012. The company has now clients in more than 10 countries.
Our clientele includes large international companies like IBM, Kyndryl and Starbucks, while we also proudly cater the needs of many SMEs throughout Europe.

Firstly, we design a comprehensive IT architecture for our customers and their unique business processes and secondly, we make sure that they have the best qualified IT personnel to implement it efficiently.
We grow about 30% per year in revenue and we currently employ more than 200 skilled and talented people!
