Leads and develops a Western Europe Client Partner team supporting strategic advertising and mobile gaming clients. Oversees account strategy, revenue growth, retention, expansion, forecasting, pipeline reviews, and business planning. Coaches team members, resolves escalations, improves client engagement, and identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Unity solutions. Partners with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen commercial impact, operating processes, and long-term client relationships.

Design and implement unified, cross-platform APIs for Unity, contribute implementations and unit tests to the codebase, refactor and maintain high-quality C# and C++ code, collaborate across teams, and drive stable, testable platform abstractions.

Design, implement, and maintain a high-performance cross-platform shader management system. Improve performance, stability, and testability of existing systems, collaborate with cross-functional graphics teams to deliver engine features across platforms, and build automated tests for features and fixes to enable shaders across render pipelines and device performance levels.
