Manage delivery of LV residential connection projects from planning to completion, overseeing civils and electrical works (link boxes, multi-major loops, jointing, excavations, reinstatement). Lead multidisciplinary teams, liaise with clients, DNOs and subcontractors, ensure HSQE compliance, control budgets and programmes, conduct site inspections, manage risks, and maintain project documentation.

Lead and supervise gas servicing, maintenance and installation works in social housing. Ensure Gas Safe compliance, allocate workloads, audit quality, maintain LGSRs, provide technical support, resolve escalations, coordinate with stakeholders, manage stock and onboarding.

Lead and manage the Technical Team to deliver coordinated, compliant design packages for residential and high-rise projects. Oversee design managers, consultants and subcontractors; ensure adherence to Building Regulations, technical standards, budgets, programmes and approvals. Act as Building Regulations Principal Designer, conduct reviews and site visits, mitigate risks, and support bids, resourcing and commercial control.

Lead and manage all design and technical aspects of residential infrastructure projects, coordinating consultants and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with regulations, delivering design packages on time and budget, fulfilling Principal Designer duties, and supporting handover documentation and site coordination.
