Manage large-scale planned works and refurbishment contracts across multiple sites, operational teams, and subcontractors. Lead high-performing teams, oversee procurement and supply chain engagement, monitor commercial and operational performance, and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships. Use performance data and project tracking systems to inform decisions, ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, and deliver projects successfully. The role requires travel between sites and experience with refurbishment main contractors, with social housing or property services experience preferred.

Manage and control project documentation and DMS workflows, ensure compliance with company/client/regulatory standards, maintain version control, support project teams with templates and formatting, and identify process improvements to increase efficiency.

Perform gas engineering work on kitchen and bathroom renewal projects within social housing in London. Work as a self-employed contractor, delivering installations, maintenance and repairs to required standards while holding necessary cards, insurance, tools and transport.
