Teams at United Infrastructure

Perform all plastering tasks for kitchen and bathroom refurbishments in occupied social housing: prepare surfaces, bond, patch, skim, make good after other trades, maintain cleanliness and safety, meet programme deadlines, report issues, and coordinate with site teams and tenants.

Manage delivery of LV residential connection projects from planning to completion, overseeing civils and electrical works (link boxes, multi-major loops, jointing, excavations, reinstatement). Lead multidisciplinary teams, liaise with clients, DNOs and subcontractors, ensure HSQE compliance, control budgets and programmes, conduct site inspections, manage risks, and maintain project documentation.

Lead and manage all technical and design aspects of residential and infrastructure projects, coordinating consultants and subcontractors to ensure compliant, buildable designs delivered on time and budget. Act as CDM Principal Designer and Building Regulations Principal Designer, review and interrogate designs, manage fees, approvals, change control, document control, handovers, and run technical workshops and site checks.
