Lead manufacturing operations for the RF Power business, managing team leaders to deliver safe, on-time, cost-effective, high-quality production. Drive continuous improvement (Lean, 5S), capacity planning, automation and productivity initiatives; ensure compliance, budget/CAPEX oversight, manufacturing readiness for new products, and cross-functional collaboration.

Analyze and design SAP (ECC and S/4 HANA) solutions for MM/PP; configure modules, create specifications, design and execute tests, support deployments, train end users, and provide production support and process improvements.

Lead commercial strategy and product portfolio for radiotherapy, define 5-year product vision, manage full product lifecycle, set pricing and marketing strategy, align stakeholders, drive roadmaps with engineering and operations, support sales forecasts, identify acquisitions and partnerships, and improve customer satisfaction through cross-functional coordination.

Assist with compliance and risk management, corporate governance, legal advisory, dispute resolution, M&A, and training on legal topics.

Lead supplier selection, readiness, and end-to-end delivery for PCBA system integration projects. Manage subcontractor performance, supplier qualification, commercial negotiations, change control, and cross-functional alignment to ensure NPI through production delivery in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.

Manage operational export compliance for Teledyne e2v: review transactions and documents for UK, U.S. export controls (ITAR/EAR), prepare and file licenses, perform screenings, maintain records, support post-license obligations, and collaborate with global licensing counterparts.

Own technical performance of released high-reliability imaging detector products through production lifecycle. Drive yield analysis, root-cause investigations, continuous improvement, documentation control, non-conformance disposition, and cross-functional coordination with manufacturing, test, design, and supply chain to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery.
