Leads direct procurement for RF Power and indirect procurement for the Chelmsford site. Develops sourcing strategies, negotiates contracts, manages supplier performance, drives cost savings and process improvements, ensures supply resilience and compliance, and leads procurement teams. Partners with Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, and Finance while managing KPIs, procurement systems, and strategic projects.

Manages UK corporation tax compliance, statutory account preparation, tax packs, audit requests, and related tax support for UK group entities. Coordinates external tax providers, analyzes tax-sensitive accounts and fixed assets, supports patent box calculations, maintains share option schedules, and assists with HMRC enquiries, transfer pricing, tax governance, acquisitions, and restructurings. Requires a professionally qualified accountant with experience in intercompany accounting, consolidation, US GAAP, ERP systems, tax returns, and statutory compliance.

Manages complex, cross-functional R&D and customer-funded engineering projects from planning through delivery. Responsibilities include managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, stakeholder relationships, phase-gate reviews, project reporting, and customer expectations. The role uses Microsoft Project and Project Server, supports financial forecasting and bids, and presents performance updates to senior leadership while ensuring projects meet quality, cost, schedule, and safety objectives.
