Provides transactional HR administration and employee support across the lifecycle. Responsibilities include managing the HR helpdesk, handling onboarding and offboarding, maintaining Workday records, processing employee changes, supporting benefits and reward schemes, preparing reports, updating procedures, and assisting with HR projects, consultations, and employee relations activities.

Manage strategic R&D and customer-funded projects from bid through production, leading cross-functional teams of engineers and manufacturing staff. Responsibilities include scheduling, phase-gate reviews, scope, risk, budget, customer relationships, project dashboards, governance, and process improvement. The role also supports technical and commercial bid activity, stakeholder communication, and mentoring junior team members.

Manage operational export compliance for Teledyne e2v: review transactions and documents for UK, U.S. export controls (ITAR/EAR), prepare and file licenses, perform screenings, maintain records, support post-license obligations, and collaborate with global licensing counterparts.
