Supports EMEA budgeting, forecasting, reforecasting, reporting, consolidation, variance analysis, scenario modelling, and business-case development. The role translates financial and operational data into actionable insights, challenges assumptions, improves FP&A tools and processes, and partners with Finance, Operations, senior leaders, and investors. It also develops scalable, transparent, and auditable financial models while delivering ad hoc analysis and performance commentary.

Lead all aspects of EMEA reward, including compensation frameworks, benefits, pay equity, payroll governance, benchmarking, annual reviews, bonus/incentive processes, reward modelling, budgeting and data analysis. Partner with Finance and senior leaders to design scalable, commercially focused programmes; oversee EMEA payroll governance and vendor relationships; use data and technology to inform pay equity and benchmarking; and provide governance, communication and continuous improvement across reward processes.

Senior mechanical technical authority for EMEA data centre platform. Own cooling strategy, plant standards, thermal performance and energy efficiency. Define modular mechanical building blocks, review consultant designs, govern deviations, support regional teams through design-to-commissioning, and drive roadmap for liquid cooling and sustainability.

Lead and own project and portfolio reporting for delivery teams, set reporting standards and governance, develop executive dashboards (Power BI), ensure data quality and validation, partner with PMO and stakeholders, drive automation and continuous improvement, and support audits and reporting assurance.

Lead development and continuous improvement of delivery processes, document management, governance and digital tools to ensure consistent, efficient project delivery. Own Delivery Management System, manage templates/registers, support system implementation and reporting, partner with Digital/IT/PMO, monitor compliance, drive automation and standardisation, and provide training to embed best practice across delivery teams.

Lead Delivery Controls & Reporting to standardize governance, project controls, reporting, document management and quality assurance across large capital and data centre projects. Own reporting frameworks, drive digital transformation, coach a specialist team, and provide portfolio insights to senior leadership.

Lead delivery of STACK EMEA's strategic project and programme portfolio, manage scope, timelines, budgets and outcomes, coach a small PM team, intervene on at-risk projects, improve PMO governance and reporting, and provide continuity for the wider PMO during an extended leadership leave.
