Vice President, Reward, EMEA
I am growing the People & Culture team at STACK Infrastructure and looking for an experienced Reward, Compensation and Benefits leader to join us in the UK in an EMEA-wide role. Reward is more than pay and benefits, it's a strategic driver of business performance, employee experience and growth. As Vice President, Reward, EMEA, you'll shape the reward strategy for one of Europe's fastest-growing digital infrastructure businesses, partnering with senior leaders to build scalable, commercially focused reward programmes that support our continued expansion.
The Opportunity
Lead all aspects of Reward across EMEA, including compensation frameworks, benefits, pay equity, EMEA payroll governance, salary benchmarking, annual compensation reviews, bonus and incentive processes, reward modelling, annual budgeting, data analysis and reward programme development.
While the role requires strategic thinking, senior stakeholder influence and the ability to design scalable reward programmes, it also requires someone who enjoys being hands-on, moving comfortably between strategy and operational delivery every day.
The Person Who Will Thrive Here
This role will suit someone who enjoys pace, ownership, collaboration and creating a culture of fairness. You'll be comfortable operating in an environment where not everything is fully defined, where priorities evolve quickly and where the ability to prioritise, adapt and deliver is essential. You'll be successful if you combine deep reward expertise with curiosity, commercial judgement, humility and a willingness to get into the detail while building scalable solutions for the future.
Location
Based in our London head office this is an EMEA role. We value in-person collaboration and close partnership with the wider business.
