Provides senior customer support for vehicle subscription customers, handling accidents, warranty claims, breakdowns, billing, repairs, contract terminations, and escalations. Coordinates with internal teams to resolve issues, maintain accurate CRM and vehicle records, ensure policy compliance, and support customer retention. The role also mentors colleagues, contributes to InLife process improvements, and may require weekend work.

Face-to-face customer coordinator managing post-sale lifecycle: handle walk-ins, vehicle exchanges/returns, damage inspections, billing and insurance issues, record interactions in CRM/vehicle systems, coordinate with fleet and sales, and ensure contract compliance while delivering empathetic, solution-focused service.

The Sales Consultant will assist customers in selecting vehicle subscriptions for rideshare, handle enquiries, and educate them about product offerings. Responsibilities include scheduling, maintaining customer service, and collaborating with operational teams.
