Own end-to-end tech recruitment for Engineering and Product: partner with senior tech leaders, source proactively, run fair interview processes, build pipelines and employer brand, improve TA processes and use AI tools to scale hiring.

Lead the TechOps team owning workplace technology: identity, device management, M365 and SaaS admin, networking, endpoint security, hands-on support, onboarding/offboarding, vendor and budget management, and automation to improve operations and compliance.

Design, build, and maintain distributed backend systems powering real-time and analytical data processing. Optimize data pipelines for low latency and high throughput, drive architecture and reliability decisions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor engineers through reviews and knowledge sharing.

Work across product lifecycle to design and ship production-quality UI in React/TypeScript/CSS. Prototype in code, maintain the design system, model complex data-rich information architectures, integrate AI-assisted workflows, and collaborate closely with design, engineering, and product to shape product direction.

Lead design and evolution of scalable real-time and batch ETL pipelines and data platform.
