Own end-to-end tech recruitment for Engineering and Product: partner with senior tech leaders, source proactively, run fair interview processes, build pipelines and employer brand, improve TA processes and use AI tools to scale hiring.

Lead the TechOps team owning workplace technology: identity, device management, M365 and SaaS admin, networking, endpoint security, hands-on support, onboarding/offboarding, vendor and budget management, and automation to improve operations and compliance.

Build and maintain low-latency, high-throughput backend services and data pipelines; own service reliability, observability, incident response, and automation; operate streaming and data infrastructure; extend IaC and CI/CD; reduce toil and improve production resilience.

Build, operate and improve the internal platform, tooling and automation that development teams use. Manage infrastructure as code (AWS CDK), extend CI/CD pipelines (CircleCI -> GitHub Actions), support runtimes (Lambda, ECS, EKS), operate data/streaming systems, improve observability in Datadog, and support incident response and developer adoption.

Lead design and evolution of scalable real-time and batch ETL pipelines and data platform. Own performance, reliability, and data quality; drive architecture and tooling choices; collaborate with product and backend teams; mentor engineers and shape target architecture to support trader-facing analytics and low-latency data needs.

Run Europe outbound for commodity-trading SaaS: build territory strategy, run multi-channel sequences (Outreach/Lemlist), use AI to scale personalization, qualify senior trading buyers, book pipeline-driving meetings, and partner with marketing and AEs.
