Own features end-to-end, optimise for low latency and high throughput, ensure observability and incident response, contribute to design reviews, and collaborate cross-functionally to maintain service health and scalability.

Own and build Sparta’s end-to-end demand engine: unify first/second/third-party signals into HubSpot, run paid/retargeting/SEO/lifecycle programs, fix and optimize martech stack, deliver reliable pipeline reporting, and design a marketing-to-sales handover and account-based expansion while hiring and scaling the growth team.

Lead Sparta's research output and voice: set editorial standards, manage publishing cadence, host the podcast and client-facing events, coach commodity analysts, build supply-and-demand fundamentals, and partner with Sales, Marketing and founders to turn research into commercial value.
