Supports global benefits and international mobility programs, including enrollments, renewals, employee queries, relocations, immigration and tax coordination, vendor management, communications, and case tracking. Maintains accurate Workday data, reporting, documentation, and process improvements while partnering with HR, Payroll, Finance, local teams, and external providers to deliver compliant, consistent employee experiences across regions.

Leads enterprise employee engagement, experience, inclusion, and culture initiatives across global operations. Owns employee listening programs, engagement surveys, lifecycle improvements, recognition platforms, action planning, and measurement. Partners with HR, communications, sustainability, legal, and business leaders to strengthen manager effectiveness and inclusive experiences. Oversees Local Advisory Committee governance, DEI campaigns, training, vendors, budgets, communications, and compliance while translating workforce insights into measurable organizational improvements.

Lead strategic commercial engagement and hands-on procurement for Technology and Data vendors. Manage renewals, negotiations, sourcing, vendor consolidation, and risk related to vendor concentration. Support category strategy, pricing analysis, benchmarking, and procurement capability building. Partner with Technology, Finance, Legal and business stakeholders to improve vendor visibility, governance, and enterprise leverage while embedding procurement into strategic decisions.
