Support and configure the SICS reinsurance platform, manage Jira backlog, implement and test eMessaging rules, execute UAT/regression and controlled releases, troubleshoot production incidents, and liaise with Operations, Claims, Finance and vendors to deliver enhancements and ensure audit/control compliance.

Lead strategic commercial engagement and hands-on procurement for Technology and Data vendors. Manage renewals, negotiations, sourcing, vendor consolidation, and risk related to vendor concentration. Support category strategy, pricing analysis, benchmarking, and procurement capability building. Partner with Technology, Finance, Legal and business stakeholders to improve vendor visibility, governance, and enterprise leverage while embedding procurement into strategic decisions.

Support financial accounting, internal controls, budgeting, and reporting for European entities. Prepare regulatory and statutory submissions (Lloyd's, Solvency), assist month/quarter close, liaise with auditors, analyse results for management reporting, support budgeting and finance projects, and enhance financial systems while partnering with underwriting, actuarial, and operations teams.
