Handles moderate to highly complex property, casualty, and specialty reinsurance claims; investigates, processes, reserves, and resolves claims; conducts audits; maintains broker and stakeholder relationships; supports underwriting, actuarial, finance, operations, and technology initiatives; prepares management reporting; advises and mentors claims staff; and leads process improvements.

Supports reinsurance underwriting and transactions by reviewing submissions, analyzing exposure and modeling data, preparing client materials, assisting with audits and regulatory reporting, and servicing broker and client requests. The role collaborates with underwriters, actuaries, risk analysts, and other internal teams while developing analytical, transaction management, and relationship-building skills.
