Teams at Qargo

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for a portfolio of strategic transport and logistics accounts across Europe. Responsibilities include account planning, stakeholder mapping, opportunity development, RFPs, procurement, complex negotiations, forecasting, and contract closure. The role requires close coordination with internal teams, strong transport and logistics credibility, autonomy, and frequent client travel.

Supports UK and Ireland employees with day-to-day HR questions, payroll coordination, HR administration, employment compliance, and employee documentation. Manages London office operations, supplies, access, events, and engagement initiatives while collaborating with the wider People and Talent team on global culture programs. Requires familiarity with UK payroll and benefits, strong organization, communication, empathy, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach.

Guide transport and logistics customers through Qargo’s SaaS onboarding journey, including process analysis, platform configuration, go-live, aftercare, training, and user adoption. Serve as the primary implementation contact, support pre-sales demos, identify workflow improvements, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering. The remote UK role requires regular weekly customer travel and a valid driver’s license.
