Maintain and enrich CRM data in HubSpot using ZoomInfo and Cognism; research and verify company and contact details; run targeted enrichment to fill gaps; qualify and route incoming company enquiries; collaborate with the Revenue Operations Manager to improve data capture and processes.

Serve as first point of contact for customers via chat, diagnose and translate technical issues, collaborate with Engineering and Onboarding, import client data, surface product feedback, and continuously build TMS platform expertise to improve customer experience.
