  • Keep up to date with changes in HR and employment legislation and requirements.

  • Manage the London office → supplies, deliveries, access, and keeping our workspace welcoming and organised.

  • Organise office and company events in the UK, from team socials and offsites to annual celebrations.

  • Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with HR processes and UK employment requirements (right-to-work checks, documentation, etc.).

  • Collaborate with the wider People & Talent team on global initiatives like engagement surveys, company events, and culture projects.

Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in an HR or People Operations role and familiarity with UK payroll and benefits.

  • Accurate and detail-oriented → you handle payroll and HR data with care.

  • Service-minded → you believe HR is here to support; approachable, empathetic, and proactive.

  • A true culture ambassador → you naturally embody Qargo’s values and help build connection and belonging.

  • Organised and punctual → you manage multiple priorities smoothly.

  • Strong communicator → clear, friendly, and professional in both written and spoken English.

  • Hands-on and collaborative → you’re comfortable working independently and in close alignment with our People team.

  • Event-driven → you enjoy planning gatherings and making the office a great place to be.

🤝 What We Offer
  • A dynamic, international scale-up environment where your work has visible impact.

  • A supportive and collaborative People & Talent team across the UK and Belgium.

  • The opportunity to shape employee experience and culture at our London office.

  • Hybrid working model: we’d love to see you in the office at least 3 days a week to stay connected with the team.

  • Competitive salary and benefits package aligned with your experience.

  • Fun company events, team offsites, and moments to celebrate success together.
