Lead Perk’s global inbound and outbound SDR organization outside North America, overseeing approximately 140 representatives and 20 managers. Own strategy, organizational design, hiring, performance management, career development, pipeline generation, reporting, tooling, and AI adoption. Partner with Marketing, RevOps, Talent Acquisition, regional Sales leadership, and revenue executives to optimize coverage, productivity, process, and talent development across multiple markets.

Own Perk’s go-to-market engineering strategy, architecture, tooling, roadmap, and commercial outcomes. Build production-grade Clay workflows, Salesforce automations, enrichment systems, orchestration logic, and agentic AI solutions using code and modern GTM technologies. Automate prospecting, selling, and account-management processes across global teams. Lead a senior international team, establish engineering standards, partner with revenue leadership, and quantify business impact through improved productivity and funnel performance.

Build and maintain dbt-based ELT pipelines and scalable data models in Snowflake or similar cloud warehouses. Ensure data quality through testing, monitoring, documentation, lineage, and CI/CD practices. Optimize SQL queries and warehouse performance, develop Looker visualizations, and collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business users. Champion modern data-stack adoption, with preferred experience in Python, semantic layers, Airflow, and software engineering practices for data.
