Own Perk’s product partnership strategy and relationships with technology platforms, ERP providers, mobility companies, and AI ecosystems. Secure API access, licensing, certifications, and marketplace approvals; negotiate partnership terms; and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, and other teams to deliver integrations. Drive partner lifecycle management, adoption, customer value, and operational processes while establishing the company’s Product Partnerships function and playbook.

Build and scale Perk’s European partner ecosystem, especially across the DACH region. Recruit referral, reseller, technology, and strategic alliance partners; develop joint go-to-market plans; negotiate and launch partnerships; enable partners; and drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue. The role owns partner relationships, forecasting, performance measurement, and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success. Regular travel across Europe and German and English fluency are required.

Own revenue analytics strategy, dashboards, reporting, and insights across Salesforce and Looker. Partner with revenue leadership on business reviews, planning, and ad hoc analysis while translating business questions into recommendations. Build automated insights using AI and gradually lead forecasting cadence, pipeline reviews, forecast calls, accuracy tracking, and forecasting model refinement.
