Lead the Billing product area, focusing on strategy, execution, and collaboration to enhance financial operations and customer experience.

Design, build, and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure and developer tooling. Enable teams to own systems, support CI/CD, observability, containers, on-call/incident management, and collaborate with SRE/security to ensure resilient, secure services.

Own web request intake, technical scoping, prioritization, and delivery coordination between development, marketing, and business stakeholders. Build and deploy pages in Storyblok, perform technical and cross-browser QA, maintain web backlogs and sprint boards, support CRO and A/B testing initiatives, and produce status and pipeline reports. The role also establishes briefing and triage standards while using AI tools responsibly in web production.
