Build and maintain dbt-based ELT pipelines and scalable data models in Snowflake or similar cloud warehouses. Ensure data quality through testing, monitoring, documentation, lineage, and CI/CD practices. Optimize SQL queries and warehouse performance, develop Looker visualizations, and collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business users. Champion modern data-stack adoption, with preferred experience in Python, semantic layers, Airflow, and software engineering practices for data.

Lead and scale Perk's global privacy program and AI governance, drive privacy-by-design across product and operations, manage privacy controls and tooling, oversee vendor/privacy risk, advise executives on privacy and AI risks, and manage a small team to deliver operational, compliance, and customer-trust outcomes.

Own and optimize Perk's finance technology ecosystem with NetSuite as the core. Manage NetSuite administration, customisation, integrations, SOX ITGC controls, vendor SOC reviews, and cross-system projects. Lead system remediation, automation in the close cycle, and documentation while partnering with Accounting, FP&A, Engineering, and auditors to scale finance processes and tooling.

The role involves managing executive and VIP corporate travel with a focus on high-quality service and building long-term relationships. Responsibilities include handling complex itineraries and travel disruptions while maintaining productivity and CSAT metrics.

Serve as the primary data consultant for a business domain, translating stakeholder needs into prioritized data product requirements, conducting lightweight ad-hoc analysis (SQL, Looker), triaging requests, tracking business value and ROI, and enabling teams to self-serve while ensuring data quality, adoption and measurable impact.
