The People Operations Coordinator will manage HR operations, support employee lifecycle processes, handle HR administration, and coordinate HR projects in a dynamic international setting.

Support product and client solutions by positioning and marketing real estate and infrastructure investment products, preparing client materials, managing due diligence and investor requests, supporting fundraising, and driving product design, AI adoption and process improvements to enhance client engagement.

Design and build scalable, secure AI agents using foundation models and cloud services. Rapidly prototype and productionize solutions, integrate enterprise data, APIs, workflow and RPA systems, implement RAG, orchestration, testing and monitoring, and ensure governance, security, and adoption across business stakeholders.

Administer UK payroll and support a few international payrolls, ensuring accurate, timely processing, reconciliations, and statutory reporting. Manage pensions and employee benefits administration, provider coordination, enrolments, and queries. Liaise with external providers, support governance, audits, process improvements, and payroll/benefits projects while delivering high-quality employee service and stakeholder collaboration.

Maintain and own infrastructure portfolio data across financial, operational, ESG and value-creation metrics. Run recurring data collection, ensure data quality, produce dashboards and investor reporting, support ESG regulatory reporting and coordinate external providers.

Lead and build a global, AI-enabled Company Newsroom to define corporate narrative, oversee investor and internal communications, drive brand, digital and media performance, manage events and crisis communications, set KPIs and budget, and lead an international multidisciplinary team.

Support post-acquisition value creation for infrastructure portfolio companies by assessing capabilities, partnering with management to prioritize and execute growth and efficiency initiatives, monitoring KPIs, supporting transaction execution and transition, and delivering commercial and contractual insight to improve operational and financial outcomes.

Support origination, financial analysis, due diligence, transaction execution and ongoing asset/fund management for infrastructure private equity investments. Aid fundraising, business development, and stakeholder relationship management.

Support origination, execution and management of infrastructure credit investments including financial modelling, due diligence, valuation, reporting, investor presentation, fundraising support and stakeholder liaison.
