Lead and execute the company-wide AI roadmap, enable teams to use AI tools, identify and prioritize AI initiatives across the value chain, advise executive leadership, grow the AI Champions network, ensure governance/security/compliance, and scale AI opportunities organization-wide.

Administer UK payroll and support a few international payrolls, ensuring accurate, timely processing, reconciliations, and statutory reporting. Manage pensions and employee benefits administration, provider coordination, enrolments, and queries. Liaise with external providers, support governance, audits, process improvements, and payroll/benefits projects while delivering high-quality employee service and stakeholder collaboration.
