The role translates complex privacy requirements into business-friendly guidance, develops training materials, collaborates with Privacy Operations, Cyber Security, Marketing, and business teams, and helps maintain the global privacy program.

Leads global product analytics strategy for streaming products across acquisition, engagement, and retention. Manages an analytics team, defines product metrics, guides experimentation and instrumentation, analyzes large datasets, builds dashboards, and translates insights into product roadmaps and business strategy. Partners with Product, Engineering, Data Engineering, and international analytics teams to improve analytical rigor, self-service tooling, AI-enabled workflows, and data-driven decision-making.

Supports payroll processing across 20 EMEA countries and 68 payrolls. Responsibilities include reviewing and reconciling payrolls, validating HR data, submitting inputs to ADP, ensuring tax and employment-law compliance, maintaining controls, supporting payroll queries, managing stakeholder relationships, and assisting with funding, payments, general ledger distribution, and statutory filings.

Supports international media operations products and services that distribute content to global TV, streaming, and distribution partners. Responsibilities include understanding user needs, improving processes, gathering requirements, designing features, testing, configuring systems, troubleshooting software, and supporting technology rollouts within an Agile framework. The intern will collaborate with technology and content teams while developing experience in product management, user-centered design, software design, and automation.

Owns EMEA growth strategy for Fashion & Living categories, including accessories, footwear, infant, and homeware. Identifies licensing and retail partnership opportunities, builds partner pipelines, negotiates commercial agreements, manages strategic relationships, and drives product launches. Oversees forecasting, revenue plans, retail sell-in, performance tracking, and category strategy while collaborating with regional and cross-functional teams.

Supports NBCUniversal legal teams across film, television, streaming, intellectual property, licensing, and consumer products. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting legal and rights research, tracking negotiations and signatures, managing deal and rights databases, preparing documentation, monitoring compliance matters, and coordinating with finance, production, marketing, and international teams.

Supports the UK Sales team through box office reporting, discrepancy checks, sales data analysis, release-date maintenance, finance coordination, exhibitor screenings, events, and market analysis. The intern will help maintain Universal’s sales materials and gain experience in film distribution, commercial negotiations, performance tracking, and identifying market trends. The role is primarily based onsite in Central London four days per week.

Assist with programming content for television channels and streaming platforms across multiple territories. Responsibilities include entering data into bespoke systems, analyzing ratings and platform performance, conducting competitor and market research, screening content, and supporting content acquisitions. The intern will gain exposure to channel planning, broadcasting, and related media functions such as marketing, advertising sales, research, and creative operations.

Analyze digital content revenue, manage recurring reports and databases, monitor market trends, and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders. The internship develops Excel, database, coding, analytical, and commercial skills while providing insight into the film lifecycle and home entertainment business.

Supports NBCUniversal’s internal communications team by managing newsletters, SharePoint and internal comms sites, coordinating updates across business units, creating digital event materials, assisting with employee events and campaigns, preparing executive summaries, tracking budgets and project metrics, and supporting corporate social responsibility and inclusion initiatives.

Supports acquired-content distribution by identifying TV and digital sales opportunities, developing sales materials, generating promotional ideas, activating content libraries, tracking sales and availability reporting, sharing industry insights, and coordinating team administration. The intern will learn content sales, pitching, market analysis, and global distribution strategies while providing feedback on new content.

Supports Film Services teams with international territory and mastering vendor coordination for theatrical releases. Responsibilities include sending film files to translators, arranging on-screen graphic replacements, ordering subtitled and dubbed versions, raising purchase orders, and updating Smartsheet. The intern learns the global workflow from post-production through cinema delivery, including dubbing, subtitling, censorship, and audio and picture formats.

Supports publicity campaigns for theatrical film releases, including press events, screenings, talent tours, premieres, media coordination, databases, budgets, campaign materials, research, and reporting. The intern will coordinate logistics with internal teams, agencies, distributors, and industry partners while developing practical experience in entertainment marketing, publicity, communications, and project delivery.

Supports NBCUniversal’s EMEA commercial team across affiliate account management, deal negotiation, advertising, and streaming partnerships. Responsibilities include maintaining affiliate trackers, researching media markets, identifying growth opportunities, preparing sales materials and deal memos, coordinating with finance, legal, marketing, and Hayu teams, and summarizing partner updates. The internship develops commercial analysis, KPI reporting, sales presentation, stakeholder communication, and business decision-making skills within the international media industry.

Supports UK theatrical brand partnerships and creative services, including co-branded film campaigns, artwork approvals, screenings, events, budgets, creative asset localisation, agency briefs, and campaign coordination. The intern also contributes to brainstorming, research, presentations, trend tracking, and administrative support while collaborating with marketing, publicity, trade, finance, sales, and distribution teams.

Supports EMEA franchise marketing across NBCUniversal consumer products and entertainment brands. Responsibilities include coordinating franchise information, organizing research data, creating pitch materials, managing brand assets and guidelines, supporting social media and influencer initiatives, maintaining planning documents, assisting with projects, and handling purchase orders and invoices. The role provides exposure to cross-divisional marketing, franchise strategy, consumer insights, and partner collaboration.

Supports enterprise distribution systems and Marketing business stakeholders in a matrix IT organization. Creates and maintains dashboards, delivers international business data insights, gathers requirements, supports troubleshooting, and engages with development teams across traditional and agile delivery models. Provides administrative support to NBCUniversal’s UK Production and Operations team. The internship offers exposure to how television programs progress from development through production and delivery.
