Partner with managers to deliver end-to-end international HR services including employee relations, workforce planning, performance and compensation processes, freelance governance, HR operations and payroll coordination. Coach managers, manage complex employee relations, support talent and development programs, supervise an HR Coordinator, and drive HR process improvement across multiple jurisdictions.

Support international HR operations by maintaining HRIS data, processing payroll inputs, coordinating onboarding and leavers, managing freelance contracts, producing HR reports, tracking visas and travel, and acting as first point of contact for HR queries. Work closely with Payroll, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Finance and Global Mobility, and support HR programmes and system rollouts.

Build regional plans, measure ROI, scale best practices, collaborate with category, franchise and e-commerce teams, and manage the Regional Retail Manager to deliver consistent growth and operational excellence across markets.

Support statutory reporting, VAT compliance, tax returns, audit preparation and financial accounting for Universal Pictures Limited and contingent compensation entities. Process payments, bank reconciliations, management fee accruals, quarterly management accounts and invoices for participations/residuals. Provide audit support, prepare VAT/FEU returns, and assist with production entity reporting and ad-hoc requests.

Lead UK & Ireland Food, Beauty & Care category strategy, licensing and partner management. Secure and negotiate license agreements, drive product development with PD, manage licensee relationships (JBPs/QBRs), forecast budgets and revenues, analyze performance, integrate marketing, and grow the consumer products business while managing at least one direct report.

Manage agent-led licensing activity across selected EMEA markets, align deals with regional strategy, own quarterly forecasts, coordinate retail marketing, track deal execution and financials, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive commercial growth.

Provide transactional legal support across International Networks & DTC for EMEA/APAC: draft and negotiate distribution, content acquisition, advertising, sponsorship, marketing and technical services agreements; advise on compliance, copyright, AI and advertising law; support programming, commercial, marketing, technical and IMD teams; liaise with specialist IP, Litigation, Privacy and Employment lawyers; assist senior counsel and supervise junior staff as required.
