Job Description
Programme Essentials
To join one of our 12-month Internships you must meet one of the following criteria:

  • Currently be an undergraduate studying at University and applying for a Placement year in your 2nd or final year
  • Graduating from your undergraduate degree in Summer 2025
  • Looking for employment after completing A-Levels or equivalent course or an Apprenticeship

  • In addition, you must be eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the duration of the internship from Monday 30th June 2025 - Friday 17th July 2026

    What will I be doing?
    You'll join a team who are passionate about media and have curious minds when it comes to data. The team all bring different strengths and experiences to the table, and strive to build an open, inclusive culture where everyone can bring their full selves to work, while achieving their career goals.
    As an Audience Insights & Analytics Intern, you will assist the content sales, digital and family entertainment businesses of NBCU. Interns are a crucial part of the team. They work on a wide variety of important projects, such as: performance analysis of TV/Film content; regular reporting that feeds directly into strategic business decisions; support for the sales of major series and movies to broadcasters and digital players. The internships provide a great opportunity to learn about the media business and analytics techniques, as well as make a real difference to the success of the company.

    Qualifications
    What do I need to bring to the role?

  • Passion and knowledge for media, particularly TV and/or Film.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and analysing data.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Able to communicate findings and discuss data.
  • Eager to work in a company environment and keen to understand the role of research.
