Job Description
Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy, set up, analysis, and optimisation of large scale Paid Search campaigns across tens of international markets.
  • Detailed root-cause and opportunity analysis.
  • Concisely articulate opportunities, strategy shifts and performance updates to peers and stakeholders.
  • Lead and maintain account hygiene and automation of processes in collaboration with analytics team, to facilitate an agile access to reporting and insights for the whole business.
  • Collaborate with other teams and manage an executive to deliver on strategy and target, with a hands-on approach on campaign set-up, building and execution.
  • Develop test plans to continually test and refine campaigns.
  • Manage vendor relationships on new product releases as well as day-to-day servicing of the business.
  • Track competitor activity and market trends to better optimize own campaigns, leveraging several competitive analysis tools.
  • Managing an external SEO agency to kick-start and guide all optimisations needed within the product for better organic visibility, performance, and future-proof the product within the new generative / conversational search landscape.


Qualifications
Skills and Experience

  • Strong PPC account management background across multiple markets with scaled budget management and financial admin knowledge.
  • Analytical profile - used to work with large sets of data to identify trends, insights and translate findings into digestible recommendations.
  • CPA-driven experience with an understanding of brand awareness, used to working to strict and ambitious KPIs.
  • Expert on conversion tracking and bid management systems.
  • Knowledgeable of attribution models and able to make decisions outside of their dedicated platform based on wider paid digital and marketing data.
  • Proven track record of translating strategy to tactical plans.
  • Ability to prioritise and juggle multiple project simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of digital media planning and execution
  • 4+ years experience in a Paid Search role on media agency side or client side, preferably within role-relevant industries (Media & Entertainment, SVOD).
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant marketing experience
  • Highly desirable:
    • SVOD/OTT experience
    • Programmatic knowledge (planning and execution; opportunity for the role to expand to programmatic buying)
    • Enjoyment of reality TV
    • Understanding of marketing to millennial consumers
